Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
- Items must not show signs of wear or damage
- Hygiene seals must be unbroken (where applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalised or custom-made products
How to Return

- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
- Keep your tracking number for reference
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
